Of the Course
PPL (A) training is the first step towards becoming a professional pilot and our online theory courses are designed for applicants with 0 to little flight experience.
Private Pilot License – EASA PPL (A) is a qualification that allows the holder to fly on single engine piston (SEP) aircraft in visual meteorological conditions (VMC) as pilot-in-command (PIC) or co-pilot on aircraft in noncommercial operations without remuneration.
Our flight school has online/distance learning theoretical courses available for Private Pilot,LAPL,Touring Motor Glider and Glider pilot licenses, approved by Latvian Civil Aviation Agency, so book your spot to day!
Our highly experienced instructing team has an infectious enthusiasm for flying and teaching.
Practical flying lessons normally start mid March and season ends first part of November.
Summer flying camps organized together with the largest glider aeroclub in Estonia at Ridali Lennuklubi (ICAO EERI). Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and with undisturbed airspace, makes it perfect for pilot training on all types of equipment, specially on gliders and TMGs, it has a 1200 m long and 60 m wide certified airstrip.
